Alison passed her driving test first time with only a few minor faults. I had a goal of passing my test before I was 40 and Mark helped me achieve that. I didn't have a great deal of confidence but it built through Mark's teaching approach which was friendly, informal yet informative with lots of praise (and the occasional telling off, which I needed!).
